RAFFLE PRIZE INCLUDES:

  • A 7-day hunting trip in an African safari.
  • Services of a fully licensed professional hunter.
  • A hunting vehicle.
  • Lodging for seven (7) days.
  • All meals and drinks.
  • Daily laundry service.
  • Field preparation of all trophies.
  • A $1,000 credit toward trophies for each hunter. Upgraded Trophies are available at the expense of the individual.
  • Airfare to and from the safari location

Two (2) winners will be drawn on April 19th,2024 at Connect Church during our BBQ cook-off event.

Each winner is allowed to bring one (1) companion. Both winners and their companions must coordinate and travel together on the same dates. Connect Church will provide trip date options and will be the final say on travel dates and schedule. Airfare accommodations will be determined by Connect Church.

The dates for the hunting trip will be coordinated through Connect Church.

CONNECT MEN SAFARI HUNTING TRIP RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Entry Requirements:
*Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
**Passport fees are the responsibility of the Participant.
***This agreement is made on date of purchase, between Connect 417 Church (hereinafter "Connect Church") and the Raffle Participant (hereinafter "the Participant").
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Missouri  law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Missouri courts
Liability: The Church is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the hunting trip. Any additional trophies beyond the $1,000 credit provided will be at the winner's and their companion's own cost. Additionally, any expenses incurred during the trip that are not explicitly mentioned as part of the raffle prize will be the responsibility of the winner and their companion. Participation in the raffle and acceptance of the prize indicates understanding and acceptance of this liability clause.
Forfeiture: If a winner and their companion cannot make the coordinated dates, they will forfeit their prize. No alternative dates or prizes will be provided.
Transferability: The raffle ticket is non-transferable. Only the individual named on the ticket may claim the prize.
